Terms & Conditions
Bookings
Bookings can be made by e-mail, fax or telephone. The owner will
confirm availability on receipt of an email or booking request. Bookings
will only be confirmed by the Owner upon receipt of a non-refundable
deposit of €200 (2 Bed), €400 (4 Bed) or equivalent per week booked. The balance will be required
6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel your booking please contact us immediately
and confirm your cancellation in writing (eMail). We shall do our best
to re-let the property. If we are successful we will refund to
you all the monies received, less your deposit. If we are unable
to re-let, the following cancellation charges will apply:

Arrival & Departure Times
Rental periods commence from 3.00 p.m. on the Saturday of arrival
to 10.00 a.m. on the Saturday of departure. (Weekly rentals usually
run from Saturday to Saturday, but this is negotiable; weekends,
or mid-week breaks by agreement only).
Responsibilities of the Resident during rental
period |

The Resident is responsible for the condition
of the property and of the furniture and equipment therein.

The Lodge should be returned to the state
of cleanliness found on arrival.

The number of occupants must not exceed
the number stated on the booking form unless approval
is obtained.

The Owner is not liable to the Resident
for the loss or damage of any belongings.

A security deposit of €150 per week will
be required on arrival to cover breakages.
This will be returned less any charges on departure

No pets allowed in the lodge

No smoking allowed in the lodge

Utilities |

All bed linen and towels are provided

Electricity and oil heating costs are
included in the price

Firewood logs are supplied free of charge

Satellite TV is supplied free of charge

Pay Telephone is installed, internet connection
is metered and charged by usage

Lodge cleaning is available on request

Payment Methods
We accept Euro bank transfers or cheques in most currencies. If
you wish to pay in a foreign currency, we can agree the payment
in your currency based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
We do not currently accept credit cards. If this is your ONLY
possible method of payment, please contact us so we can make the
appropriate arrangements for payment.
The Owners and their employees or agents are not liable and cannot
accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage sustained by
any person or persons whether arising under the express or implied
terms of any rental agreement, or at Common Law (including any negligence
of the Owners, their employees or agents) or in any other way whatsoever.
The exclusion of the implied terms contained in the Sales of Goods
and Supply of Services Act1980 is subject to the provision of Section
40 of the said Act. In the event of breach of contract on the part
of the Owners, their employees or agents, any loss and/or damage,
including consequential loss sustained by the Hirer shall be limited
to the sum paid by the Hirer to the Owners.
